1. Definitions
- CNBSHOME: the trading name of cnbshome.eu
- Customer: any natural person who places an order
- Agreement: any purchase agreement between CNBSHOME and the Customer
2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through cnbshome.eu.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Offers and Prices
All prices on fumero.nl are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
CNBSHOME reserves the right to change prices and product information.
Obvious errors or mistakes in offers are not binding.
4. Orders and Payment
An Agreement is concluded once the Customer completes an order and receives confirmation of the order.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cryptocurrency (via DePay).
For payments made by bank transfer, the order will be processed after payment has been received.
5. Delivery
Orders are supplied subject to availability.
Any stated delivery times are estimates and may vary.
CNBSHOME is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, provided that the product is unused and unopened.
Opened, used, or sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
7. Liability
CNBSHOME is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profits.
CNBSHOME’s liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
8. Use of Products
Products sold through cnnh are intended exclusively for adults.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that products are used correctly and in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Force Majeure
CNBSHOME is not required to fulfil its obligations in the event of force majeure, including supply problems, government measures, or technical failures.
10. Complaints
Complaints must be reported to our customer service within a reasonable period after the issue has been identified.
11. Governing Law
All Agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
